Qualifications (non-negotiable):
Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred

Prepares and maintains all vendor information and paperwork, including notices and resident cash funds - accounts payable/receivable, bill-backs, coding, and P&I Funds.
Prepares semi and/or monthly reports for deposits, accounting, collections, and budgeting in cooperation with each department. Maintains operation expenditures within approved budget overseeing departmental spend-downs monthly.
Prepare and maintain accurate spreadsheets of expenses and accounting facets. Assist with bank reconciliation and auditing of bank statements.

Other duties and special projects as may be assigned.
