Our bookkeeper has the opportunity to track and manage financial data, focusing on creating and maintaining records. They organize and update financial transactions for businesses that truly are making a difference in the world. They plan and schedule monthly billing to maximize cash flow, and they keep up-to-date and accurate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling, Invoicing, and reconciliation for state contracts Reconciling the chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Creating reports that enhance operations, as needed
