We are expanding, and need a skilled professional to handle financial, HR, and administrative tasks. The Role: Key Support in a Dynamic Team

As our Bookkeeper & HR Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping our finances accurate and our team running smoothly. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to work closely with management, production, and vendors in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Operations: Process AP and AR, including invoice review, PO matching, payments, and collections. Handle bank deposits, and AR and AP integrity, as well as payment / check run verifications Payroll & HR: Assist with payroll processing, timecard management, and employee onboarding. Maintain records for benefits, performance reviews, and compliance, while addressing routine HR needs. Purchasing & Inventory: Create purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, track deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation for closed-loop processes. General Support: Manage office tasks like daily data entry, filing, scheduling, and special projects to maintain efficiency.

What You Will Bring:



Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or administration (manufacturing experience a plus). Experience in payroll and various deductions, employee onboarding Strong skills in QuickBooks, FileMaker, Excel, and basic payroll verification and entry Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a small-team environment with ability to handle and process confidential information Solid communication for working with internal teams and external partners. Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

We offer health insurance, vacation time, holiday pay and sick time.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
