Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Commerce, CA / On-Site

Company Overview:
Super Secure Packaging Supplies is a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support smooth business operations.

Position Summary:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting the company's overall financial health. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments). Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and customer statements. Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly weekly. Assist with payroll preparation and employee reimbursements. Generate financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) monthly or as requested by management Support the preparation of documents for tax filings and audits, prepare 1099's. Collaborate with management to monitor budgets and track expenses. File annual reports with Secretary of State
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in Quickbooks online. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual Spanish helpful but not required. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
