Responsible for working on and supporting body shop and painting tasks for customer's trucks and equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Support daily functions including, but not limited to:
Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles as needed
Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
Fill depressions with body filler, remove damaged fenders/panels, repair or replace defective mechanical parts
Janitorial work beyond keeping work area uncluttered and swept
Work a 10-hour shift Monday through Friday, and a 4 hour shift two Saturdays a month
Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Required Skills/Abilities:
General comprehension of, and experience in, the truck build up process
General understanding of truck components
General understanding of electrical circuits, including knowledge of laws of current flows as it relates to voltage drop in determining wire size required in various circuits
General mechanical aptitude
Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision
Ability to use hand tools
Follow all company safety rules and policies and operate equipment in a safe manner
Ability to effectively perform job functions with input from manager and customers
Great attitude and ability to work with others
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Knowledge of computers and various software programs is desirable
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current regular driver's license to move our vehicles
Auto body / collision repair experience
Hands-on experience with fiberglass repair on semi-truck hoods, fenders, or other heavy-duty vehicle body components
Forklift operator certification
Overhead crane operator certification

Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC/marijuana), physical, and background check.
Must have a current drivers license to move our vehicles.
* Must be able to work 7am-5pm shifts Monday through Friday and 7am-11am shifts two Saturdays a month.
