We are a busy marine boat yard seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with daily yard operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, around boats, and in a hands-on environment.
Position: Boat Yard Assistant / General Yard Hand
Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE
Schedule: Full-time/Part-Time Positions open (Tuesday through Saturday)
Responsibilities:
Hauling, launching, and blocking boats
Pressure washing and basic boat maintenance
Assisting with repairs and yard projects
Operating yard equipment (training provided)
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
Supporting technicians as needed
Requirements:
Prior marine or mechanical experience a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-minded
Valid driver's license
