Come work for an established, small, BCBA owned ABA clinic!

What sets us apart:

Providing high-quality ABA therapy is our number one priority.

We believe client outcomes are best supported by a dedicated team of RBTs. Our RBTs are trained extensively on their clients and don't work with clients outside of their caseload. All RBTs (and BCBAs) receive a 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon break each day. We implement a modified PFA/SBT model, focused on shaping functional communication and tolerance responses. All clients have a dedicated RBT-level supervisor, and back-up supervisor, to provide support to BCBAs, RBTs, and clients. RBT-level supervisors are only scheduled direct for fill-ins. Their day is mostly unscheduled to provide maximum support to the clinic. We schedule regular client team meetings to ensure the entire RBT team is trained on program updates.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are standard for an insurance-funded ABA provider

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range:

$80 - $110/hour

Full-Time:

40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

Shifts:

Flexible, based on your availability

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
