The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Qualifications:
Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field 2+ years of experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
