Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include but not limited to:



Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' strengths and needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across settings. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Participate in intake assessments and patient care planning to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Necessary Skills



Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing treatment evaluation. Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
