Compensation:
$78,000 base salary
Responsibilities:
Utilize evidence-based methods to provide individualized, client-centered treatment to children and their families
Generate client documentation and communicate clinical information to all stakeholders
Comply with insurance and government policies, laws, and procedures
Collaborate with other service providers and community resources using a holistic and integrated approach
Empower families through comprehensive training sessions and engagement during clinic sessions
Supervise the implementation of treatment plans by technicians and provide training and feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and meaningful progress
Promote collaboration, professionalism, mentorships, empowerment, and advocacy
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification and Virginia license
Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
Minimum 1 year experience working with children with autism
