Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to join our team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves conducting assessments, providing supervision to behavior technicians, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with children and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive

behavioral assessments

and

diagnostic evaluations

to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and monitor

behavioral therapy programs

utilizing

applied behavior analysis (ABA)

techniques. Collect and analyze

data

on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effectiveness of interventions. Provide

supervision

and training to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and support client development. Maintain accurate

medical documentation

, including progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance records in accordance with

HIPAA

regulations. Conduct

intake assessments

for new clients and participate in ongoing

patient assessment

processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and safety standards related to

behavioral health

Qualifications



Valid certification as a

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with

autism

,

developmental disabilities

, or other behavioral health needs. Strong knowledge of

behavioral therapy

,

applied behavior analysis (ABA)

, and evidence-based interventions. Experience in conducting

behavioral assessments

, collecting data, and analyzing results for treatment planning. Familiarity with

special education

medical terminology

medical documentation

, and maintaining detailed

medical records

. Ability to work effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds in a compassionate manner while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with

HIPAA

standards. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care in a behavioral health setting. Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
