Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive
behavioral assessments
and
diagnostic evaluations
to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
Design, implement, and monitor
behavioral therapy programs

techniques.
Collect and analyze
data
on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effectiveness of interventions.
Provide
supervision
and training to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and support client development.
Maintain accurate
medical documentation

Conduct

Qualifications
Valid certification as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Proven experience working with children or individuals with

applied behavior analysis (ABA)
, and evidence-based interventions.
Experience in conducting
