Board Certified Behavior Analyst Part Time
Job Description

We take pride in offering our BCBAs the freedom to choose cases that align with their clinical expertise, preferred location, and client age group. Additionally, they have the opportunity to speak with and approve Behavior Technicians before beginning any case.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide in person supervision and training to RBTs Provide monthly caregiver training Review and monitor data for progress and adjust interventions accordingly Maintain accurate record of data and complete progress reports as required by the funding source

Qualifications:
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and staff
