We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Director (BCBA)
to lead our growing clinical team and ensure exceptional standards of care.
Your Role
As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and direct support to families and staff. Core responsibilities include:
Leadership & Compliance | 30%
Lead, coach, and evaluate clinical staff (RBTs, BTs) to ensure clinical excellence.
Maintain strict compliance with DHS, BACB, and behavioral health industry standards.
Oversee internal audits, documentation quality, and payer compliance.
Promote ethical, culturally aligned care practices.
Create a positive team culture emphasizing communication, development, and accountability.
Parent & Caregiver Training | 50%
Deliver ongoing structured caregiver training to reinforce treatment goals in home and community settings.
Ensure training aligns with family values, cultural context, and priorities.
Support families with strategies for generalization, independence, and behavior reduction.
Assessment, Treatment & Case Oversight | 20%
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skill evaluations.
Design and update treatment plans driven by data and client progress.
Guide implementation fidelity through supervision and feedback.
Collaborate with schools, physicians, and outside providers for coordinated care.
Qualifications
? Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
? Active
BCBA certification
in good standing
?
MN Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) -- preferred
?
Minimum 3 years of ABA clinical leadership experience
(supervision, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration)
? Strong understanding of compliance, documentation standards & best practices
? Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
? Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered ABA
