Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions, primarily focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising behavioral therapy programs to promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in applied behavior analysis, data collection, and patient care within a clinical or educational setting.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake assessments for new clients and coordinate service delivery within multidisciplinary teams. Educate families and staff on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and best practices for supporting clients' development. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols related to patient care and medical records.

Experience



Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education methodologies. Experience with data collection systems, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation practices. Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and behavioral health protocols. Prior experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and managing intake processes is preferred. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare teams. Pay: $85,899.27 - $103,448.58 per year
