We are a provider of ABA services with a newly opened center in Joliet, looking to grow our outstanding team of therapists and professionals as we enroll more children. We serve children ages 2-15 in our school-like setting. The Position:
We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This part-time role is ideal for a BCBA looking for flexible evening hours, a small caseload, and a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment.
The BCBA will work with a maximum caseload of six learners, providing a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per learner each week. Our after-school program runs from 3:00 - 7:00, Monday through Fridays. The BCBA would have the flexibility to set her schedule within these parameters, as clinically indicated.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide supervision to RBTs
Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
Deliver monthly parent trainings
Train and mentor staff
Analyze data and ensure treatment fidelity
Maintain ethical and compliant documentation
Collaborate with schools, families, and team members
Develop and oversee learners' behavior intervention plans
Job Qualifications:
Must have active BCBA certification
Illinois license or eligibility
Mimimum 2 years experience as BCBA working with ASD population
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook systems
Knowledge of Ensora and Teams platforms
Spanish-speaking is a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
