Responsibilities
Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in intervention approaches.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility and develop personalized care plans.
Educate families and team members on behavioral health strategies and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to patient care, medical records, and confidentiality.
Requirements
Valid certification as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of
