Job Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress. Responsibilities



Design, implement, and supervise behavior analytic programs grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and establish treatment goals. Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection, patient assessments, and clinical observations. Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings. Maintain accurate medical records, intake documentation, and progress notes while adhering to confidentiality protocols. Participate in ongoing professional development related to behavioral health, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation methods, and current ABA research.

Qualifications



Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and patient assessment procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, intake processes, and HIPAA compliance standards. Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations within behavioral health or special education settings. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
