Position Overview



We are seeking a

BCBA

to provide

supervision to our RBT team

, ensuring high-quality ABA services in school and community settings. This role focuses on

mentorship, program oversight, and collaboration with clinical directors

, while supporting Behavioral Interventionists in implementing effective, ethical interventions. This position involves working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience in applied behavior analysis, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities



Provide

BCBA supervision

to RBTs, including regular check-ins and mentoring

Add, remove, and adjust goals

within client programs as needed Review

data collection and behavior plans

to ensure accuracy and fidelity Collaborate closely with

clinical directors, teachers, and staff

Conduct

observations in school and community settings

to support staff and learners Ensure services comply with

district policies, BACB ethical standards, and best practices


Qualifications



Current

BCBA certification

in good standing Experience supervising RBTs in school, clinical, or community-based settings Strong collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of ABA best practices and BACB ethical standards Ability to provide supervision hours for RBTs (if applicable)

Duties



Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavioral intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to clients, primarily children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake evaluations for new clients and develop personalized treatment goals. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in client care. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices within the field of behavioral health.

Requirements



Valid certification as a

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

or equivalent credential. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments effectively. Experience working within special education settings or with individuals requiring patient care is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and patient privacy. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on ethical practice and confidentiality. Pay: $72,800.00 - $98,130.52 per year
