Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:



The BCBA will work under the Clinical Director, responsible for developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivering ABA therapy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses and curricular assessments as assigned. Develop and implement BIPs in a timely manner. Train caregivers and staff on BIP implementation using competency-based documentation. Graph, analyze, and interpret data on target and replacement behaviors. Complete required reports and service logs in accordance with funding source guidelines. Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education. Provide ongoing treatment and assess client therapy needs. Model and provide feedback on BIP implementation to caregivers.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Master's degree in Psychology or related field. BCBA certification required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Completion of CPR, fingerprinting, background checks, RBT training, and other required certifications. Experience with working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
