Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and ABA Para. Monitor and analyze data to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
