Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide training, guidance, and support. Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to maximize client progress. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
