What You'll Be Doing
Individualized Impact:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create behavior intervention plans customized to each child's needs.
Tailored Care:
Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress--because every child deserves a program designed just for them.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive, top-notch support.
Guidance + Training:
Lead and mentor staff on best practices in behavior management and ABA techniques.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Regularly assess client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to keep them on the path to success.
Advocacy Matters:
Be a voice for your clients, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access community resources.

BCBA Certification:
You're board-certified and ready to hit the ground running.
Child-Centered Experience:
You've worked with children in clinical or educational settings and understand their unique needs.
