Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview:

Develop and implement individualized

Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide

behavior consultations

and ongoing support to staff and families

Supervise and mentor RBTs

, ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery Collaborate with the team to promote positive outcomes for students

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (

BCBA

) certification required Experience working with children or students in educational or clinical settings preferred * Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
