Our Autism Learning Center is growing, and we are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our team. At Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning, our dream BCBA (or soon-to-be BCBA!) is a passionate and energetic guru who creates tailor-made programming for our clients and cultivates an incredible mentoring relationship with our RBTs. Our BCBA actively participates in open two-way communication with our client\xe2\x80\x99s entire team - everyone from RBTs to parents, SLPs, to the company\'s CEO. Who you are:

- Assess incoming clients for treatment using various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, SRS-2, ABLLS-R
- Maintain a small caseload
- Develop individualized therapeutic programs to address client goals
- Support RBT\xe2\x80\x99s via mentorship and training for the kiddos on their caseload
- Providing supervision for 5-10% of the RBT\xe2\x80\x99s supervision hours
- Coordination of care with other professionals and disciplines
- Board Certification through the BACB
- Recent graduate of an ABA masters or BCBA certificate program with an exam test date
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
- Passion for working with children with special needs
