Our Autism Learning Center is growing, and we are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our team. At Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning, our dream BCBA (or soon-to-be BCBA!) is a passionate and energetic guru who creates tailor-made programming for our clients and cultivates an incredible mentoring relationship with our RBTs. Our BCBA actively participates in open two-way communication with our client\xe2\x80\x99s entire team - everyone from RBTs to parents, SLPs, to the company\'s CEO. Who you are:

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
  • Assess incoming clients for treatment using various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, SRS-2, ABLLS-R
  • Maintain a small caseload
  • Develop individualized therapeutic programs to address client goals
  • Support RBT\xe2\x80\x99s via mentorship and training for the kiddos on their caseload
  • Providing supervision for 5-10% of the RBT\xe2\x80\x99s supervision hours
  • Coordination of care with other professionals and disciplines
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
  • Board Certification through the BACB
  • Recent graduate of an ABA masters or BCBA certificate program with an exam test date
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA

Who We Are: UABL is a young company that was recently founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Our goal is to assist each child in reaching their full potential by implementing the evidenced-based principles and practices ABA. We offer effective and intensive one-on-one therapy to children who have been diagnosed with Autism, developmental disorders, and behavioral disorders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
