Job Summary

Professional position responsible for completing FBAs, Behavior Support Plans and making recommendations for students with emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders. School districts will contract with The Redwood Program for this service. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will complete observations, work with tea members to complete assessments, attend team meetings, gather data, analyze all data, write comprehensive FBAs, Behavior Plans and make clinical recommendations to each student's team.

*If year-round position: When school is not in session, the Mini Contract BCBA will provide FBAs, Behavior Plan and Consultation to other LCMHS consumers within Developmental Services, Adult Behavioral Health and Children Youth and Family Services.

This role will also provide BCBA supervision for Behavior Consultants who are working towards their BCBA Certification.

Required: Master's Degree, BCBA

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
