Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services.

Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence-based strategies
Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
Create materials to support client's behavior plan
Participate in quality assurance
Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff
Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA trainees
Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness and update treatment plans to support clients' needs and learning style
Qualifications:
An active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred
Experience in quality management preferred
Proficiency in the English language
Compensation Information:
$85,000 - $95,000 and $6,000 annual bonus potential that is paid out monthly
