Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral therapy services. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and improve quality of life. The BCBA will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation throughout all phases of client care.

Duties



Design and oversee behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies. Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support clients' developmental progress. Collect, analyze, and document data on client behaviors to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff involved in patient care. Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions across settings. Educate families about behavioral health strategies, special education approaches, and behavioral health best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavioral therapy, diagnostic evaluation, and medical terminology.

Qualifications



Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children, individuals with autism, and people with developmental or disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Proficiency in data collection methods, patient assessment, medical documentation, and medical records management. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Background in special education or behavioral health is preferred. Ability to perform patient care tasks related to behavioral health assessments and interventions.
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
