We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our center in Ewa Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, particularly in working with children and individuals with autism and other disabilities. As a clinical supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, running social skills groups and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for clients and their families.
Duties
Conduct patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Utilize data collection methods to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Provide supervision and oversight to RBTs, ensuring the application of best practices in behavioral analysis.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to medical terminology standards.
Train and supervise staff in implementing behavior intervention plans effectively.
Stay updated on current research and trends in behavioral health to enhance service delivery.
Design and implement social skills groups for variety of learner skill-sets.
Experience
Proven experience working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is essential.
Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health outcomes.
Familiarity with medical documentation processes and medical terminology is preferred.
Experience in providing behavioral therapy in various settings, including home, school, or clinical environments is advantageous.
