$85.00 - $100.00/hour (W2, part-time)

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,000 (Paid after two assigned cases and 90 days of employment)

Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and reassessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Complete and maintain clinical documentation Analyze treatment data and adjust programs as needed Supervise and support RBTs Provide weekly parent training (in-person or via telehealth)

Active

BCBA certification

Active

Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

license -

Required

Minimum of

6 months experience

as a BCBA Strong skills in

behavior reduction
