POPS Therapeutics is expanding and we're looking for a dedicated BCBA who's ready to make a meaningful impact. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who values collaboration, enjoys working with both families and technicians, and is excited by the idea of helping bring services to a new area.
Provide direct BCBA supervision and oversight
Deliver high-quality parent training
Support, train, and guide behavior technicians
Play a key role in launching POPS services in a new area
Help build connections with referral sources such as pediatricians and community partners

Active BCBA certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
Interest in outreach and developing community relationships
