We are a pediatric clinic dedicated to providing top-quality speech, occupational, and ABA therapy to children in a loving and nurturing environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members on the implementation of behavior plans and interventions
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to treatment
- Monitor and track progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of the principles of ABA and behavior intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
