We are growing in the state of Colorado and are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA; BCBA-D) to spearhead our expansion

. Unlike other opportunities on the market, this role offers the unique chance to be one of the founding BCBA's for Alora in the state. You will lay the foundation, drive our growth, and play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in Arizona. Salary: $90,000- $100,00/year (DOE) + Production Bonus + Sign-On Bonus


Location: Hybrid - TelehealthIn-Person in Phoenix, Arizona

Key Responsibilities



Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality ABA services Train and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for skill development Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes

Experience



Minimum 2 years of experience developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders 2+ years preferred Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills

Requirements



Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field Certification: BCBA or BCBA-D required Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Certification
