to join our growing team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.
This position involves supporting and training therapy staff, collaborating with families and team members, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes for each client. The BCBA plays a key role in promoting skill development and behavioral growth, helping every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention programs.
Supervise and support behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies.
Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure quality and consistency of therapy.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input on goals and behavioral strategies.
Conduct parent and staff training to promote consistency across home, school, and community environments.
Maintain communication with families, technicians, and other professionals involved in client care.
Collect, analyze, and manage client data to track outcomes and support ongoing improvement.
Lead team meetings and provide ongoing mentorship to therapy staff.
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification
(required).
Proven leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be physically able to engage with children during sessions (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
