Job Description

Step It Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Established by an active member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve the immediate and future lives of our clients and their families.

Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to run our brand new clinic!

We offer flexible hours, with the ability to work with our team to develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balance you deserve. You will work with our handpicked RBTs to help our children who have autism, by developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated RBT. Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:



Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills:



At least one year working as a BCBA Passion Confidence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration Dependability
