As a BCBA at Lakeside ABA, you'll lead assessments and treatment planning for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, collaborate closely with families and care teams, and help shape clinical practices as the organization continues to scale. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
Oversee and adjust interventions using ABA principles and ongoing data analysis
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers
Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care
Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation
