Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our expanding clinical team inMaryland
. This role offers a rare opportunity to step into afoundational position

This is an ideal role for a clinician who values autonomy, leadership, and meaningful influence--without the instability of a startup.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans Oversee and adjust interventions using ABA principles and ongoing data analysis Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,454.44 - $102,912.88 per year
