Hourly Rate:
$50 - $60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for developing and overseeing individualized behavior treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA conducts functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and develops intervention plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals. Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments and/or functional analyses of target behaviors.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
Provide competency-based training and supervision to RBTs/behavior technicians, parents, and caregivers.
Monitor treatment fidelity through observations, data review, and team consultation.
Collect, analyze, and graph data to guide clinical decision-making.
Complete timely documentation, including progress notes, monthly reports, treatment plans, and SOAP notes.
Attend client-centered meetings (IEPs, ISPs, BSPs, IFSPs) as appropriate.
Maintain compliance with Alaska state licensure requirements, company policies, payor standards, and BACB guidelines.
Supervise behavior technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain active BCBA certification and Alaska Behavior Analyst license.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Current Alaska Behavior Analyst License (or immediate eligibility to obtain licensure upon hire).
Strong clinical experience with functional behavior assessments, verbal behavior assessments, skill-based assessments, and ABA treatment planning.
Experience supervising behavior technicians/RBTs in clinical or educational settings in a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client sessions as needed.

Flexible scheduling, with some evening or weekend hours required based on client needs.
Must maintain client safety, confidentiality, and compliance with all ethical, clinical, and company standards.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, implement behavioral intervention procedures, and manage challenging behaviors with appropriate crisis intervention strategies (training provided).
Exposure to potential behavioral and environmental hazards; use of PPE as appropriate.
