Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Showcase BMW vehicles with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm. Along with other brand makes and models. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. Provide transparent pricing and financing options tailored to individual customer requirements. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve sales targets and uphold BMW's customer experience expectations.

Requirements:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. If no previous automotive sales experience, you will begin as a product genius. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Passion for BMW vehicles and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
