Job Summary:

The Blow Mold Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic bottles for beverage production. This role ensures consistent product quality, minimizes downtime, and supports a safe and efficient work environment.

Compensation:

Competitive pay with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

FLSA Classification: Non-exempt (Eligible for overtime compensation.)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines. Inspect bottles to meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
