Job Overview
VTech is looking to onboard a Crypto Architect Blockchain Project Manager who brings deep-rooted experience in the crypto ecosystem. This role requires a visionary professional who can design end-to-end crypto architectures, build scalable blueprints, manage risk and profitability, and lead crypto initiatives from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will act as the strategic brain behind crypto operations--defining
frameworks, setting governance, managing risks, and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth of crypto projects.
Key Responsibilities
Crypto Architecture s Strategy
Design and own the entire crypto ecosystem architecture (CeFi, DeFi, Web3, Tokenomics).
Create end-to-end blueprints covering technology stack, workflows, execution timelines, and scalability.
Define crypto operational models, including trading, staking, liquidity provisioning, and yield strategies.
Establish risk management frameworks to handle market volatility, drawdowns, and losses.
Project s Program Management
Act as a Crypto Project Manager, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Define KPIs, milestones, profitability benchmarks, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with developers, traders, compliance teams, and external vendors. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Tokenomics s Financial Planning
Design and analyze tokenomics models (supply, demand, inflation, vesting, utility).Forecast profit loss (PCL), ROI, and sustainability models.
Define capital allocation strategies and treasury management. Optimize revenue streams while minimizing downside risks.
Compliance, Security s Governance
Ensure adherence to crypto regulations, AML/KYC frameworks, and evolving compliance standards.
Implement smart contract audits, security protocols, and risk mitigation strategies. Define governance structures (DAO models, voting mechanisms, access control).
Market Intelligence s Innovation
Stay updated with global crypto trends, protocols, Layer 1 and Layer 2 innovations. Evaluate new blockchains, protocols, exchanges, and DeFi platforms.
Advise leadership on strategic investments and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills s Expertise Core Skills
Deep understanding of Blockchain Architecture (Ethereum, Solana, BSC, Polygon, etc.)
Expertise in Crypto Trading, DeFi, NFTs, Web3, DAOs
Strong knowledge of Tokenomics Financial Modeling
Advanced Risk Management Volatility Handling
Experience in Smart Contracts Audits
Strong Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
Technical Knowledge (Good to Have)
Solidity / Rust / Web3.js / Ethers.js (conceptual or hands-on)
Wallet architecture, custody solutions, cold hot wallets
Liquidity pools, AMMs, staking mechanisms
Layer 2 scaling, bridges, cross-chain protocols
Soft Skills
Strategic thinker with a long-term vision
Strong leadership decision-making skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
