Projects include commercial, multi-family, retail, and custom residential projects with our current project being a 5-story hotel.
Job Responsibilities:
Forklift operator should demonstrate a high level of professional skill in terms of quality, speed, and safety.
Should be skilled to: Operate a lull for at least 2 years stocking block material on scaffolding and locations for masons to use, and have a OSHA forkift certification or be able to obtain one. Also should be able mix mortar, bend and fabricate rebar, build scaffold to assist the crew as needed.
As part of a team, employees are expected to be on time and consistent in work attendance
Reliable transportation required
The current project lasting the next several months is in Jacksonville, FL. Project locations are in the North Florida Area. Employees are required to travel on occasion with per diems as needed.
