Starting Pay and Compensation:

Base weekly rate plus Bonuses

For hours over 27 billable hours weekly:

$30 per hour bonus

For hours beyond 32 billable hours weekly:

$40 per hour bonus

Annual starting earnings potential,

including base pay and additional incentives, starting base pay ranges from $37,000 to $40,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements:

We welcome candidates who align with the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree

with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,

Registered nurse

; or,

High school diploma holders

and

12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science

and

two years experience

in direct contact with mental health consumers
