BIM Engus is a global BIM & VDC consulting leader delivering 3D-7D BIM, clash coordination, scan-to-BIM, digital twins, and ISO 19650-driven implementation for major AEC projects worldwide.
We are expanding our U.S. team and seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong technical leadership and a solid foundation in the construction industry.
? Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance.
  • Drive clash resolution & coordination across all trades.
  • Mentor and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with design and construction field teams.
  • Integrate BIM with 4D/5D planning and cost insights.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and CDE workflows.
  • Support scan-to-BIM, digital twin, and as-built deliverables.
? Mandatory Skills & Experience
? Autodesk Revit - compulsory
? Autodesk Navisworks Manage - compulsory
? Strong background in construction -- field coordination / GC workflows
  • 7+ years in BIM roles with leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting construction execution, site coordination & RFIs.
  • Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC and real-time data collaboration.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
