Billing Specialist

What You'll Do

As a Billing Specialist, you'll be an essential part of our administrative team by ensuring accurate and timely billing. In this role, you will:

Prepare itemized bills, invoices, and all related billing documents Calculate credit terms, shipping charges, and discounts Verify billing data and correct errors as needed Record amounts due for products and services Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy Assist the Front Desk team when needed, including operating an 8-line phone system Utilize strong computer, typing, and math skills daily Maintain dependable, professional attendance and work habits

What You'll Bring

Experience in a professional billing, or related role Strong math and data-entry skills Exceptional attention to detail Reliable and consistent work history Education or hands-on experience relevant to billing or office administration
