Billing Specialist
Stockton

$20-$25 an hour

A well-established distribution client is seeking a billing specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for accurate and complete data entry, inventory, and invoicing. This is a full-time position in the office. This individual will report to the Office Manager and work closely with the billing, AR, and AP department.

Main Functions Include:

• Review customer files to confirm they are complete and accurate.
• Review billing for any inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Cash management.
• General administrative duties such as filing AR & AP paperwork.
• Perform billing in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
• Full cycle accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with collections as needed.
• Posting of payments to customer accounts.
• Coding invoices to ledger.

Ideal qualifications: * Associates degree in accounting/finance or 3 progressive years in similar role preferred

• Knowledge of ERP accounting software a plus
