Arel Group Wine & Spirits is a well established Family Owned Importer of Italian wines with Distributor Relationships Nationwide. Our Cumming Office is seeking to hire a Billing Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an individual to accurately process Customer Sales Orders and Sales Invoices. It is a multitask position communicating with customers, suppliers, sales managers, and the other accounting members of the team. In addition, the successful candidate will need to serve as backup to the AP department .

Qualifications:

3-5 years Billing/Invoicing Experience Inventory Experience a plus Bachelors degree a plus Stable work history Good Written and Oral Communication Advanced experience with Excel strongly preferred (Pivot Tables/V-lookup) Strong Attention to Detail Experience in Wine/Beverage Industry a Plus

Process Daily Sales Orders Timely & Accurately Organize Container Shipments with Distributors directly from Italy Track and Manage Container Shipments Submit Invoices to Customers Analyze US Warehouse Inventory weekly Work closely with Compliance Company to regulate product registrations and state wholesale Licenses Collaborate with Reporting Department to provide Orders for Inventory Forecasting Track and Update Order Status for Sales Team Support Account with Processing Payables

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
