Role Purpose Statement

You'll be working onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, pricing information). Provide billing support. Assist the Accounts Supervisor/Manager with projects as assigned.

Main Accountabilities

Process charter billing - obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices

Reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month

Perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, e.g. flight checks

Keep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference.

Other duties as assigned.

Responsible for compiling all feedback data from airline customers

Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices

Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as needed

Receive incoming calls, and route to appropriate staff, if necessary

Provide support to menu presentations, customer visits and audits/inspections
