Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our warehouse cases , ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving processes The Auditor will play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the accuracy.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily audits of warehouse product ensure compliance Use Rf Scanner to scan cases. Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and completeness. Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies or discrepancies in inventory levels. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to go over audit findings Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit results Assist in training staff on best practices related to inventory control and warehouse operations. Participate in the development of policies and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in auditing or a related field, preferably within a warehouse environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assess equipment functionality. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as inventory control systems. Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Ability to lift 35lbs during audits. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey audit findings. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
