The Role

Are you a creative social media professional who knows how to engage an audience? Risas Dental and Braces is searching for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media & Content Specialist to lead and elevate our social media presence. This role offers the opportunity to create and publish content to nurture, inform, and educate our patients.



This full-time hybrid opportunity is based in Phoenix, Arizona with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Occasional travel is required to serve our markets throughout Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter) Create, curate, and publish high-quality multimedia content including short-form videos Manage our content calendar, community interaction, and audience growth Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain community relationships, and proactively engage with relevant communities to expand reach Monitor trends, conversations, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant Ensure brand consistency and a cohesive voice across all social media channels Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team and offices to align social media efforts with broader marketing and brand goals Oversee social media campaigns and projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources Travel to Risas events to capture content, network, and represent the Risas Dental brand Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and provide actionable insights Test and optimize content for maximum engagement and ROI Maintain awareness of dental industry trends and activities to keep content relevant and competitive

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (speak, read, and write) BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, etc. preferred Proven experience in social media content creation (bonus if you have healthcare experience) Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and trends Confident shooting and editing video, including angles Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or similar design and video editing tools Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for brand tone Proficiency in social media management and project management tools Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passionate about connecting with audiences and telling brand stories
