Key Responsibilities
The Guest Journey:
Provide a tailored dining experience, from expert menu consultation to the final farewell.
Menu Mastery:
Maintain deep knowledge of our ingredients, Korean culinary techniques, and beverage pairings (Soju, Liquor, and Wine).
Technical Excellence:
Execute seamless table service using POS systems while ensuring timing and presentation meet our "gold standards."
Artful Upselling:
Naturally suggest pairings and specials that enhance the guest's meal.
Collaboration:
Work in harmony with our kitchen team to ensure dietary restrictions and special requests are handled with 100% accuracy.
Requirements
Language:
Fluency in both
English and Korean
is highly preferred to maintain the authenticity of our service.
Expertise:
A strong understanding of Korean food culture and ingredients.
Experience:
Experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Professional communication, and the ability to remain "calm under fire."
Technical:
Comfortable with POS systems and high-standard food safety protocols.
