Eric Jaslow's State Farm Agency in Nyack, NY is seeking a full-time, Bilingual (Spanish) Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start or advance a career in insurance, sales, and customer service.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. No insurance experience is required. We will train the right person with the right skill set.
Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with insurance questions, policy updates, billing, and account changes
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience
• Commission and performance-based bonuses

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Ability to obtain NY or NJ Property & Casualty license
• Ability to obtain NY or NJ Life & Health license

• Comfortable making outbound calls and setting appointments
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
